Welcome to VideographicEditingBot! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the bot, its commands, and its services (collectively, the "Service") on Discord. By adding or using VideographicEditingBot, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The operational framework, core functionalities, and underlying structure of VideographicEditingBot are derived from the publicly available source code of the VideoEditBot project, originally created by GanerCodes.

Fair Use Doctrine

We recognize the original development efforts by GanerCodes. However, VideographicEditingBot constitutes a separate, adapted utility that operates under the doctrine of Fair Use. This bot utilizes the code solely for the purpose of providing a transformative, non-commercial utility service to Discord users, primarily through the use of unique prefixes and deployment.

Content Responsibility

You, the user, are solely responsible for the content you input to the bot and the resulting media generated by the bot. You agree that you will not use the Service to generate, distribute, or otherwise engage with content that:

Violates any copyright or intellectual property rights not covered by fair use.
Is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harassing.
Violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Usage Guidelines and Restrictions

You agree that you will not misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

Spamming: Excessive use of commands intended to harass, flood logs, or impair server performance.
Abuse: Attempting to exploit bugs, gain unauthorized access, or circumvent rate limits.
